This is a problem when someone offers to do things for free, it genrally means they have a cable but dont know what they are doing fully Happy to plug this is and sort it for you but i would charge £30 i am based in liverpool

I will replace the plunger as soon as i can get fuel upto the fuel rail, at the min none of the injectors are connected to the fip

I will have a look for this thank you, i did look for numbers on my donor fip but didnt see for the amount of dirt

Bottom line is the timing referred to Could you shed some light please on quantity control to start fuel The donor becm is from similar car and was running the other car fine, i appriciate i may have not set it up correctly

Set at early, if set to late the timing goes up to nearly 100 but set ot early its around 50 I have been getting help of some ver knowledge guyd

I have nanocom, when the becm was changed it was matches with engine ecu

To eliminate the stop solenoid the plunger has been removed

Plug on fuel pump is connected and tight Pump unknown, dosnt look like its been changed

N reg 2.5 diesel auto Never started in my ownership, i have nanocom and have made sure immobiliser codes match Swapped, becm, fuse.board, engine ecu all from my.other p38 so all good.known units

@Rick-the-Pick Having issues with my p38 not starting, read so many threads on here, 1 baffled me by refering to a spider in a p38? @wammers maybe able to help? Biggest issue i have is Engine immobiliser link fault Too low one minute and to high the next

I know this thread is quite old, i am wondering if anyone can tell me what the spider unit is thst the guys refer to?
