Get rid of the cheap chip. And fettle with the injector pump instead. Cheaper and gives a better boost in performance all over rev range if you do it properly.

Don't know what's going on here, when cold my gearbox is smooth and shifts fine. When warm the gear stick is like stirring thick treacle. It will still change gear but has resistance to moving around. Oil was changed about 1500 miles ago. Only had this problem come round in the last couple days.

Need a new battery in my D1 300tdi. Is there a benefit to getting a high Ah battery? Even though the alternator is standard 70, does this mean it will only ever charge to alternator capacity and not battery capacity?

Tomtom have those beanbag mounts too. But after using navigon, garmin and tomtom. I pick tomtom every time. Much simpler and user friendly. I have an adhesive disc on my dash and its much better than sticking to the windscreen.

I'm interested in the snorkel. Can you send me some pics of it please? Is it similar to the Southdown snorkel design that goes into the wing at the a pillar?
