or just put up with driving a rhd, i have for a couple of years now I might convert it if i go ahead with a V8 conversion, use a lhd disco for some doner parts.

if your going to all that bother paint it a color that would appeal to most people rather than just you I wouldn't buy it that color

thats why I mentioned a leak, if there is not a flow of air the heat should not travel up the pipe so much try a different pipe if all else is ok I used some normal 6od air hose for my boost pressure gauge and never had a problem with that

maybe thats the wrong kind of pipe, its a bit difficult to see it on those pictures

you could do most of that over a weekend... just don't let it overheat in the mean time you could end up with more serious issues

have you checked for a leak further up the line?

It's not recommended to fit seat covers if you have side airbags

I think they look better with the side steps plus they help the short ass wifes, mine still complains there is no handle to grab like the 90 or disco

also check your earth connection, can try a jump cable from the battery minus to the motor block
