Just finished for the night only need to wire up the second plug socket and switch panel then we can start covering it all inc the inside of the roof :)

Well thats the floor in inc re-positioning the inverter, just on a footy break ( City v Watford game ) then back doing the headboard :D

Finally got the plyboards now so hopefully tomorrow we can start stripping the new old MDF out and fit the plyboard in :D

I have these and they are great for catching water when it rains heavy as there is a big lip all the way round the mate so if its been raining heavy and need to go out in the landy i just pull the mat out give it a shake and off i go :D

Just check that both dumb irons are not out of plonk sounds like something isn't right ;)

They are slightly sprung loaded it may just need compressing a bit more than the rest or like i found on mine when i was rebuilding my landy someone in the past had fitted an S1 front spring plate so had to buy a used spring plate :(

Not looked at the mpg yet as the last time i was out on a long trip we had a huge headwind for most of the way but road holding i don't know its there.

Not got the plyboards yet as the works pickup was out on another job so will try and get them on Tuesday now :(

Son is dropping off the ply boards today so hopefully over the weekend we will get it sll swapped over :)

Yeah to be fair it was the price of the plyboards against the price of the MDF boards that swade us to MDF as its was half the price of the plyboards so ok i've wasted roughly £150 for the MDF boards but son has found a load of plyboard at work that they want rid of so hopefully we will be using...

Hi guys Well after a good think about it all and before we cover the MDF we have now decided to reboard it in plywood as we got thinking about screwing stuff to the MDF like my two metal detector and stuff may not stay on or come loose so before we go any further we will use plywood :(

No they won't, i know defender ones won't not sure with RR ones as the def ones are a longer thread where they screw into the tube and the threads are metric and are a different diameter and i also think the thread where it goes through the arms is thinner to :(

Just been for a run to B&Q and back about 6-7 mile round trip and everything fine both main and aux batteries are both fully charged and aux screen for inverter is reading that aux battery is full so very pleased obviously trying it out on a camping trip will be the test so trying to get it all...
