That's what I was hoping. Unfortunately my Hawkeye is in my other Disco, currently at a garage with a busted crank. Will go get it this arvo.

Not as far as I am aware. There is a seperate binnacle switch to switch them on manually as well as them coming on when reverse is selected. This is described in the owner's manual so must be an LR thing.

They work ok when switched on manually.

No, rear wiper doesn't come on. Also, just had flashing M and S lights, which apparently indicates an electrical fault with the gearbox!

I swapped the bulbs of the reverse and fog lights, fog still worked but not reverse so it's not that simple.

Yes the R comes up. Maybe not the switch then!

Hi all. My reverse lights don't work and my parking sensors don't come on automatically when I shift into reverse (it's an automatic). Is there a reversing switch on the auto? Seems sensible to check that first. Thanks

Took the newly acquired D2 for a spin in the dark for the first time. Found out (bearing in mind it's apparently just had an MOT) - Reversing lights don't work - None of the internal (courtesy) lights work On a slightly cooler note, I also found a sneaky fuel-pump (I assume) cut-out switch.

Bought a 2004 D2 Landmark. Very clean car. A few issues but nothing I can't sort :p

My missus has already told me she doesn't want me to get rid of the D4. It is a very nice car tbf. Hopefully once fixed it'll last at least another 12 years!

That was my first thought but I was told the symptoms don't match. The garage is pretty LR savvy.

My disco is a 2010 TDV6 HSE (245 engine). On my way back from Brum airport to Somerset last week, was cruising around 60-70 when suddenly had a fairly loud rotation noise which we initially thought was a flat. On pulling onto the hard shoulder the noise continued even though we were stationary...

I can tell you've never owned a V6 FL. You'd be well used to bolts that you can't get to if you had!
