    If you read wiring diagrams they change colors at the blocks sometimes, so be it. I pulled those wires through bulkhead will be able to unwrap check all wires. I was looking through boxes & boxes of unmarked parts looking for door hinges 2 got lost.

    For the doors you can buy barrels all keyed the same & exchange them for what you have. You may be able to do same for ignition depending on model, type of ignition key.

    Assuming the plug on wire loom fits through hole in bulkhead & assuming the rubber dognut through bulkhead should be replaced?

    I was able to pull the wires out inspect clean & rewrap after getting all the sand out of the frame. A hose works fine flushing out whatever.

    the replacement bulkhead uses a full rubber insert as below TD-5 to use the older style the holes for the screws could be drilled out. Is there any benefit to using the rubber insert seems everything would need to go through the center hole? This is older style in original bulkhead,

    What is in old bulkhead looks like stainless holding fuel filter. This truck was likely gas truck.

    Thank you I got the wind screen off today 1984 PU I doubt it had ever moved. One of the hinges broke aluminum corrosion the other will need to free up.

    Yes I see those slots. the TD5 ? Bulkhead I have for replacement does not have what would be nuts in bulkhead to bolt up the diesel fuel filter. what is the best source to install nuts in steel? these of which do not look original.

    I watch Britanica when ever I can a lot of information. Steering bolts I took out I put back in to hold bulkhead until everything is removed. then the wiring. Thnx makes sense.

    You removed the bulkhead & replaced it I am assuming. that is a feat in itself Not to mention reskinning doors. each part has only one place it can fit it is a puzzle.

    Thanks evidently someone had already done that replaced with Allen bolts SS. i will need to identify wiring next. & as I am taking a Lrover apart in a shed I am sorting parts moved donor bulkhead where I can compare details.
