    New engine will need the radiator cooler and associated pipes to fill along with the filter. If it was me, i'd fill to full on dipstick. Run the engine for a a few seconds. let settle for a minute and check and fill as required. Repeating until it settles which it will when the rad and filter...

    I found that steel bolts work much better for earths. That looks like a stainless bolt thus I'm inclined to suggest you change it for a steel bolt and see, having sanded the body work which it contacts first. I had a similar problem and I was using titanium bolts, because i had a load of them...

    unless your using a cordless impact wrench regularly, then its pointless getting one as the batteries will degrade. For occasional use, air powered impact wrench works for me at least

    Semi rigid fuel pipe

    PVC pipe. that's all it is, comes in many flavours and is termed anything from fish tank to defender fuel lines. Make sure you get the thick walled stuff tho. The thin walled crap will crease and buckle when bent.

    The 200tdi is an odd beast as the power slave doesnt fit and the springs don't either so up to now you could only fit the really expensive servo. I'm looking forward to fitting the power master at £30.

    LOF are releasing a new PowerMaster master cylinder for the 200 tdi. This will reduce the pedal stiffness and I for one will be buying one.

    90 headlight issue!

    column switch as above. However, main beam and flasher circuits are on different fuses. Might be worth checking that. If i remember correctly, horn and flasher is on the same fuse, so if horn is working then you know it's not the fuse.
