Hi all, Parked up the 110 last night, with no noticeable problems. Went to get in it this morning and the engine is rattling horribly on acceleration, and there's no power. Upon trying to accelerate it feels as though its missing badly and barely accelerates, I was struggling to pass 30mph...

Ah right I know what you mean now. I'm having a new DMF fitted, hopefully that will come with a new bush.. if not I'm sure the mechanic will fit one. :)

Yeah I had the same thing with my old 110, layshaft **** itself and I managed to drive home using 4th low and 4th high :rolleyes: The Td5 is now in a local garage who have quoted me £600 for a new genuine clutch, release bearing and dual mass flywheel, fitted. Can't complain at that, so...

Should probably have mentioned that I've had it remapped recently to stage 1 (nothing extreme) by JE Engineering, which probably won't have helped things... haha

Very interesting, was the clutch slipping at all before this happened? That's what surprised me about mine, there weren't any real warning signs!

You can bolt the gearbox mounts from the LT77 straight onto the R380 and fit it right back in where the 77 was. No need to bolt it to an R380 x-member. The R380 is longer, and your engine will end up smack bang in the middle of the engine bay (pretty much exactly the position of a factory...

7.50s are a 1-to-1 tyre. Which means they have an aspect ratio of 100%. Metric equivalent size (not actually made) would be 205/100/R16 A standard 90 is fitted with 205/80/R16, but imho 235/85 or 265/75 look far more proportional to the vehicle.
