P38 What does it need to become a good daily driver?

Aren't they big money? - I have the usual OBD2 equipment, but from what I've seen, these Nanocom seem difficult to justify - am I wrong?

P38 What does it need to become a good daily driver?

Some great advice there, thank you. The car is not in a bad condition, and has a full service history - and coils all around, so these little bits of extra info is priceless.

P38 What does it need to become a good daily driver?

I am a few months into the ownership of my P38 Diesel and while it's a lovely car, its got a few issues that still need doing - mostly electrical, but I have a question that has been bugging me. The idea I have is I really want to make the P38 as reliable as my Suzuki - so that is regularly...

What did you do with your Range Rover today

First proper job on the new P38 was a simple change of the handbrake leather gator. Went well, next job is the gearstick gator. Will get that done for the morning - although I did discover the rubber gearstick gator is also broken, so eBay calls tonight. After a couple of weeks of Range Rover...

I noticed the Arnott bags are about £90 a corner compared to £50 for the Dunlops, so wondering what you get for twice...

P38A eas - car on springs w reg thor 4.6 vogue

As my first 'proper post' I got to ask, I am in the same boat, I just bought a P38, that had a spring conversion 15 years ago, and so think going back to air suspension might be a good idea. Would the quality of a new air suspension system be better than anything Land Rover ever did?

Proud new owner of 1999 P38 saying Hello

Thanks for the replies. I'll spend my time going through the search before asking questions, but I assume that P38s diesels don't have any real value potential so I can spend my time making it excellent without worrying about classic status and asset value?

Proud new owner of 1999 P38 saying Hello

Hi all A quick hello from a new owner of a nice 1999 Diesel P38 Based in Central Scotland, I am looking to make this my daily driver, but fully aware these cars need a lot of fettling, so thought a forum was a good place to start. Background in fiddling with cars and motorbikes, have decided...
