    I have a very expensive german model deterrent....no, seriously, theres not much you can do, they’re impossible to secure and easy to hot wire, best thing to do is stick another vehicle in front of them. My shepherd loves to sleep in the landy, which is ideal!

    I keep a good selection of imperial and metric spanners in the seat box and mole grips and plumbers grips also stainless steel zip ties, seriously handy.

    I built a wood shelter wi a onduline roof, like a pergola thing but closed on one side -the prevailing weather side so that way ye keep the pisching rain off but let a wee breeze through to keep it dry.

    Mate gave me a massive thick ex mil one, its ancient but sound and totally solid. I dont know if i got a dud, doubt it though, the bits where the tensioning straps are sewn on seem particularly vulnerable. I might get a bikini hood and a fume curtain, debating the matter

    Mine is from Exmoor, sticks are good hoods lasted 4 years, back window split, roll up fittings on the top have ripped and the front side top where it goes over the sharks teeth have split, canvas is thin and nasty wouldnt have another one.

    Wiggle the wires goin into the wee fuse box under the column see if it comes back, bet its one of those if its got spade connectors , might be just touching
