Series 3 Water pump, snapped stud

Afternoon landyzoners! Shirley here, again 🙄 Just removed the water pump and have managed to snap a stud😭 Any ideas on how to extract said stud? Or am I better off taping out the hole to take a slightly shorter stud? Thanks in advance for any help 😃

Thought they only did the top hats?

    Series 3 Bonnet frame

Evening all. Finally dug the bonnet out for cleaning prior to painting, discovered a slight hitch. It seems the support frame is a tad rusty🤣 I've found the top hat supports for sale but not a sniff of a front or rear support. My tame fabricator has offered to see what he can do, but, surely...

    Series 3 Radiator

For what it's worth, I only need the rad plumbed in and to work long enough to test run the engine. After that, I'll be fitting an alisport one.

    Series 3 Radiator

Evening all, Shirley here, and once again I'm begging landyzone members for advice. I'm trying to plumb in the cooling system, but my radiator looks nothing like the pictures in my Haynes manual or LRworkshop. See photos: There doesn't appear to be a header tank , just an overflow pipe. Is...

    What to do with paintwork?

I think you have 3 options. A full professional respray A bodged home respray Leave well alone, washing and waxing if you must. It's all down to personal choice 👍 At the end of the day, old knackered paint work is still old knackered paint work with or without polish/wax.

Series 3 2nd row seat floor

Thinner buffers and some hammer fettling fixed the issue 👍

Series 3 2nd row seat floor

So fettling the chassis support brackets with a hammer is acceptable 😁

Series 3 2nd row seat floor

Don't ask why I didn't think of that! It's been one of those days. Will try thinner buffers (the photo makes them look bigger than the ¼"that they are. Got plenty of play between the kick panel and rear tub.

Series 3 2nd row seat floor

Just a quick question, putting things back together today and the 2nd row floor seems to be sitting high. Everything else lines up, eg rear tub, seat box, front floor, side frames, bulkhead, outer sills etc. My only thought is that the chassis support brackets are sat too high (new Richards...
