    Ha ha when you consider the price of a refurb unit but I agree with you it was frustrating how many goes it took to get it right but once was done was satisfying. It was thanks to everyone's help on here though otherwise would of spent the ££. Thanks mate.

    If anyone needs to get a replacement there is a letter on the locking nut itself and Rimmerbros do the range of them and cheapest I found!

    I did @Henry_b thanks mate in the end took quite a few goes and alot of mistakes and mishaps but she runs. I learned alot along the way if I ever have to do chains, head gasket and various pumps again oh and timing that flipping fuel pump :eek::cool:

    It spent most of its life in Scottish Highlands 15 years of that and neglect but it's all solvable just a matter of how much. The cills under the chassis need re-welding aswell.

    Yeah it is, it's a 1995 so kind of expect it, not had a good life before my ownership was mistreated hence why I had to rebuild part of the engine. Guess I am paying the price now....

    Morning All, Got a couple of faults on braking system for manual P38 diesel and on the Nanocom it has two options for the brake system: - WABCO C - WABCO D Could anyone confirm which option I need to use please? Thanks.
