Nice, what tyre size do you have on? The rocker gasket is an easy change but take your time to check the rear is seated properly. Also, would advise while its off to change the rear cam seal. Its just a plastic bung but a common cause of oil leaks down the back of the block

If you have the wiring ( a plug in each corner under the screen under the bonnet) then just screen relay fuses and button

Yea that's what I was worried about i can't find anything in recent years. He answers the phone straight away so he is still working. The fact he comes to you is a big plus for me as I want my disco and my BMW doing at the same time

2003 td5 hi, I have fitted a heated screen the relay fuses and switch. I'm going round to a friend's tonight who has a hawkeye but not much knowledge of it. where might I find the place to activate the screen in the bcu? Thanks

I bought a second stalk and tired that. So at the moment I only have intermittent but thats after pulling the fuse box out and having a mess about. I think there must be a loose connection on there. Do you have any ideas? Thanks

It's not the stalk or motor. Where is the relay I've heard all sorts, from under the bonnet aux to bult in to the fuse board inside to in the stalk? I presume it's in the fuse board built in? I've had a faf arround with the fuse board and I've now got it working on intermittent and window...

Heading home today so will have a good look then, I've a stalk coming in the morning so will plug that in and check it before the bonnet comes off and scuttle to check the motor

Well had the manifold skimmed and fitted, keeping the existing studs and used the worth washers and bolts and the very last one pulled! Gutted! It's back off and between days graft 100miles from home I'll get someone to pick me up a bigger stud nut and appropriate tap! 1 day till I need it to...
