the SLABS computer is not interpreting the correct signal from the sensor, check for dodgy sensor, wiring fault, dodgy (damp) ecu... did you calibrate the new sensor?

Disco 200 and 300 locks are completley different from SeriesII Disco locks, no replaceable springs in a disco2 lock. You need a new lock, a lazy one will just eventually fail then you are in trouble, as there is no keyhole!
