Piccies are pretty conclusive that no damage was done - they should have a word as he was parked on a public highway, not displaying a valid registration or tax disc. Oh, and you have witnesses :D

Spoke to the folks at GLASS, apparently they create these codes that validate your membership, and mine has expired... that's their excuse anyway. No sign of the new code yet :(

Well back home now. Mrs Sniffs is fine, she just was getting concerned about the time the last lane was taking, but all OK now. As I say, very grateful to FK and BGB for seeing us through safely and the laning on both days was fantastic - great scenery, challenging lanes (but not too bad) and...

But a learning experience for me. Great company, challenging lanes and proved to me what the landy can do. Thanks so much to FK and BGB for leading this morning as well as yesterday. Will post pics when I get home tomorrow. Safe journey home every one.

Cakes have arrived, but no where to park at the Travelodge so parked up nearby. Knackered after drive (I know, no stamina ) so will see folks tomorrow.

I'm just waiting for Mrs Sniffs to get home from work and then we can set off. All packed except for the.... cakes :eek: She's hidden them...

Mrs Sniffs has prepared 3 cakes - choccy, vic sponge and fruit - so we'll dish out whatever is left after the trip up :D Prepping the landy tomorrow and setting orf when Mrs S home from work... maybe see some folks at the TL tomorrow evening?
