Yes. I let run for a good 10. Minutes with a door open and no movement at all. Compressor didn't stop running.....

No. Not if you want to avoid hassle. Minimum is: Buy Datatek's eas software and cable kit Overhaul the compressor - allow GBP 50 or so for a crank, piston and cylinder kit, or budget more to replace it with new. Overhaul the valve block - kit say GBP 20. Replace o rings for the dryer and...

No. The nut holding the hub was loose allowing the whole hub to move enough to upset the abs sensor. No idea how it was caused, just mega relived when it was tightened ... and the fault disappeared.
