I bought the one with the all the gaskets, O rings piston ring and liner. Although from this kit as i had a previous one just used the piston ring, Liner and top large O ring. i now have spare filters and other gaskets.

I have just rebuilt mine.....Twice. The first time i got a kit from Island 4x4 complete with liner. The new ring wore out in less than a week. Don't know if it was a faulty batch or not as Island stuff is usually pretty good. got another kit from X8R and the top rubber o ring seems to sit better...

Went out this morning and big smile, After yesterdays compressor re rebuild and the new airbags the beast was still at the same height as yesterday. Result.:D:D

I thought the ride was fine before, but its similar when you put new tyres on you have just gotten used to the way the old ones were and then you feel a lot more grip. In this case it just feels tighter and smoother.

Finally received the bits I need so rebuilt the EAS compressor again for the second time in a month. Used X8R parts this time so hopefully will last longer than a week. Compressor re fitted and fired the beast up. Left the bonnet open for a while as I knew the system was completely empty. Closed...

Did run it at 1500 to 2000 and not just tick over but you are correct as it does take a bit from the battery to start a big lump.

Very difficult to find over here and very expensive even with moon miles on them. I am often stopped in car parks and asked if i want to sell mine as its in really good shape. Also I live in an apartment so storage for another beast would be difficult and as I work away I already pay for parking...

That's all well and good but its then the postage out to here and it's just over the 1.5kg airmail limit so its then DHL at quite a considerable amount. However, if the next kit does the same (ordered from another supplier) it will be the next option.
