Done my seals and washer today.should I drained fuel from head as I didn't and now thinking I should.its not been started as its only got inj back in rockers still in the boot. any advice please before I put back together.

Got 2"terrafirma lift on mine with 255/55/18s also hub concentric spacers.handles much better at normal speeds.if I cane it she goes where she wants.would not advise 80 mph as you will be constantly fighting it.

Ah my mistake, you dont if you compress or remove springs.

You dont need to undo the turret just to change shocks.just done all 4 and springs on mine.

Think he means the band that keeps the shocks compressed till fitting.are your shocks new or used.

If your doing clutch should really do dmf,master and slave cylinders.and slave pushrod.

Got bearmach in mine been fine 2 years.though i did have an issue with sender inacurrate so i swapped with original and all ok.
