There's a few lovely looking Series 2's for sale in the range £15-20k A Series 2 would be great. l wasn't looking for a diesel, it's just that the one l drove happened to be diesel.

The Manchester one has been postponed and is "under review" due to a massive backlash from owners of non compliant vehicles. The proposed scheme wasn't just city centre, it went right out to the county borders, which was crazy
