Makes it look like I ain't got a clue what's going on... Oh well got away with it for a while.
The change will come, it just takes time which obviously costs money.
The VB software that we are using is way out of date and in drastic need of an update. We've been promising to do it for well over a year now but still not got it completed.
It will happen.... One day!
Remove the tray and mechanism from the inside (winder/cables) then the glass and plastic just lift out from the top. The bit that looks like trim on the top is actually the sunroof, there should be sealant between it and the roof.

When I changed my pump I cut a hole in the floor of the rear tub, much easier than dropping the tank. There a couple of threads on here about it with dimensions of where to cut.
Have you tried giving the tank a bang? I've heard of pumps becoming stuck and a good bang freeing them off.
