I've had it at a bodyshop for a week and they are clueless...still waiting for my chawton touchup to come.

It is not the original body. The body is from 2005-2006. From the chart it seems like it is either Chawton or Alaska. From what I have seen online, it looks more like Alaska. The second touch up pen of chawton should arrive tomorrow so I will test it after work. Thank you for all the help.

I have not owned it since new...but it was not repainted. I ordered a genuine LR touch up pen in Chawton just to confirm. Was Alaska white used on Defenders?

I have a set of RTC9535 wheel locks and cannot find the key. There is no letter or marking stamped anywhere on the wheel lock (that I can find). I'm attaching a picture of the lock, does anyone know where I can get a key? The keys on ebay all seem to be for wheel locks for alloy wheels...

It should be relatively original to come in. Paint won't be any more expensive in the US. New grills and lights should be fine but I would not get a respray prior to shipping it over.

Your best taking the base from your original seats and working off of them. I was able to do it without drilling new holes.

I would leave it alone and do the work in the US.

So I have a few rips in my td5 techno front seats and was looking at the reupholstery kits. Does anyone know if you can fit the kits that include foam for tdci seats onto td5 seats? Or does someone make a kit to do this? I figure if I have to take the seats apart I may as well upgrade them.

I am getting full throttle. I actually checked this morning before I saw this post. It is seemingly the exact same up until 65mph. I am going to recheck the wastegate as I now have a feeling it is getting stuck. I am also waiting on the spare ecu to test it which my friend should loan...

The waste gate is moving with pliers, although not easily. How freely should it be going back and forth? The map supposedly gives more horsepower and torque.

I'm trying to get a hold of another ECU and 10as to test it.

Not sure why you find it hilarious. Like I said, it was working fine since December. I don't know what exactly is damaged or if he did in fact damage anything. I was describing what happened to try to get some help. Thanks for the productive comment.
