well ive only got 80 x 40mm box. i suppose it will have to do. if i do weld the box to the mounts, i may have to weld some more plate on to the back and then it will be able to be weldable. like i said the body mounts need replacing so will mate these up as and when.

well its come to the time of sill replacement on my 200tdi disco. The way im going to do this is not the usual way, but to replace the sills with rock/tree sliders. well youll never believe it but bought some used but like new swivel balls, for a 10er haha anyways i am going to get the kits bought for both sides and will do the jobs. will keep you posted.

i guess this setting will be in the good old trusty haynes manual yes ?

sorry youve lost me on this one could you please elaborate on this please. just got lucky today and won some used but good condition swivel balls for a tenner so just need all the seals and gaskets and shims. paul ill stick with original and leave these drilled ones out. theyll be cheaper...
