    Oil Drip

    I looked under my P38 this morning and discovred a lot of oil covering my sump pan. There was also a drip at the rear of the motor where the bell housing connects. I'm thinking rear main seal. Has anyone replaced this seal and is the job too much for one person?

    Fast, slow, tried everything. I replaced all the relays and checked all the fuses. I picked up three new blend motors on ebay and will tackle that when the snow melts. Thanks for the reply.

    Good day to you all. On my 1999 4.0 P38 the fan speed control on my heater control spins freely. Is this normal? Also sometimes the lines go across, sometimes they don't, especially when it's very cold out, they don't. And on top of all that, the fans never work at all. The book only comes on...
