    Hello and welcome, I have a freelander TD4 its been very good to me so far, only had to replace the clutch, prop shaft bearings, and pasanger window requlator. So not bad going really...

    My freelander did the same squeeling, it is because they have a hard spot in the pads there is not alot you can do about it. :D i took mine in to the local 4 x 4 centre they cleaned the pads and disc up, they did not squeel for a while but then they started again.........

    noise has now gone it was the prop shaft bearings. thanks for all your help guys.

    I had it check out today by a local 4 x 4 specialist and they recon it is the bearings on the prop shaft that is makeing the noise so it is booked in for next week so lets hope that this solvs the noise, Thanks for your help i will let you know what happens.

    I have a Landrover Feelander TD4 "52 plate" and it is making a funny noise when driving, the faster i go the louder the noise is can anyone help me in solving my problem as the noise is really begining to get on my nervs.:)
