hi I do have another thread underway but I really need some help with this am getting desperate now and am going to have trouble getting to work. My TD4 2006 recently blew an injector out. I have changed the injector. It has a new spin Crank filter, a new air filter, new Inter Cooler hoses...

how do I test the boost solenoid?

on the inlet side of the turbo, is there a seal or is it just a push to fit pipe?

need to get underneath and have a look at the turbo connections next I think

i put a new spin up version of the c case filter on, the small boost hose is just a push on isnt it? anyone know what the maf should be doing at idle and at 2000rpm? flow rate wise?

what is bloody annoying is that there was no smoke at all before the injector popped I just wonder what I have missed !!!!

you mean the one from the crancase to the turbo that is on the air intake after the maf???

ok had a new maf, replaced the intercooler hoses new injector fitted, black smoke still pouring out of it when you get to around 1700 revs any ideas what next???
