    Rear passenger door problem

    Anyone know how the lock mechanism on the rear passenger door of a Freelander 2 is replaced. Looks like the little dc motor has failed, as it did on the driver’s door. I’ve had a go and given up because I don’t have any guidance and the access is very difficult.

    Freelander 2 door lock pblm

    Hi, just had to walk away from an attempted rear door lock unit replacement on my Freelander 2. Just couldn't see how do it. Mainly an access problem...something else must have to be removed before I can get the job done. It's very awkward and the manual I have is next to useless for this job...
