Sorry guys I've never understood how these sites work or how to use them, I can't even find the help page so there seems little possibility of anything I do ever getting on line, it must be an age thing!

Help- Any one know about Fuel pressure regulators?
TD5 stalls and and engine runs uneven at tick over. I am measuring the fuel pressure at the input to the Fuel Pressure Regulator and at tick over it is oscillating between 3 & 4.5bar, the engine runs lumpy and often stops. Lift the revs even a small amount and the pressure sits at 4bar, let the engine revs drop to tick over and the pressure starts oscillating again. Has anyone measured fuel pressure on the regulator input, does this sound normal.
