Hey everyone – I’m bringing quality 3D-printed Range Rover Classic replacement parts to the community, at a fraction of OEM prices. If you’re after door pull handles in various colours (tan, grey, etc.), check out my Etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/RangeRover3D. I test printed each design for perfect fit and durability, and print with PLA filament for strength and welcome feedback, custom colours, and fitment reports. Let me know here or DM me and I’ll get you sorted. The vehicle range that these parts fit for is the 1987 - 1995 model of Range Rover.

Are you charging for the item or the file to print your own?
Also I have found PLA can deform in hot vehicles so prefer to use ABS. Have you tested it?

I have been annealing the PLA parts to increase the resistance to warping and make the parts more solid in general. This is done at a slightly lower temperature than normal though so guidance says it should hold up to about 80'c

This looks like the same part if anyone wants to print their own.

I tried that part actually, dimensions are really off with the angle of the top rim. When I tested it the fitment wasn't as secure as I would have liked so I modelled my own version but altered to curve the other way so when you pull it, it pulls against the supporting metal and not nothing and reinforced the screw holes at the bottom as they commonly crack too.
