wonky plastic thingy !!

hi
this black plastic piece is loose on one side and hanging down. (see pic with helpful arrow! )
what is it and how do i remove/repair it please?
it seems to be a short curved bit of plastic i dont know what it is or does so any help is appreciated

I guess it’s the front skid plate or tray looks lope sided to me is it loose and flapping around!

[Deleted post] Scratch that, I think I'm wrong. It comes off fairly easily anyway, just check along the front edge and sides for the bolts.

It's there to hide the front of the front subframe.
Looking at the lower bumper, the whole lot is trashed.
The black part is secured with a few small bolts.
The bumper grey parts aren't removable, so a whole bumper is needed to restore that to an undamaged condition.
