I served my time in Flight Test for Hawker Siddeley on Buccaneers and Phantoms.
Worked all over the place gaining experience on over 32 aircraft types before finishing in 1984 as a tradesman in Flight Test at Hatfield on the 146 and BAe 1000.
Transferred into Technical Publications, writing Service Bulletins before getting headhunted to join Fokker in Amsterdam, again in Tech Pubs this time for Power Plant and Systems.
Had several companies involved in writing Tech Manuals but since 1998 mainly scientific recruitment.
Have been rebuilding a mk Sprite for 4 yrs and got back in Landrovers in 2018, have two now.
So I should have some decent levels of skills but my knowledge of Landy's is growing. The longer I own one the more I have to do ;-).
