Yes as above, historic code, seems you are getting intermittent faults, egr will cause these issues as said, could check induction pipe work for leaks, also vacuum system has a connection or knock on to everything on your list of faults

Rev dial fluctuating is a sign of a failing TC, but always best to check the atf fluid first ,that it’s the correct fluid and level , u can also use dr tranny fluid as a temp measure
