Injector seals and washers could want changing only use genuine
Or the valve on the fuel filter housing that allows ang air in the fuel system to be released
If you lift the pump out of the tank and its covered in black soot its the injector washers leaking combustion gases I to the fuel line

Check double cardon joint on front prop these can scream when on way out and only do it under load sounds similar to exhaust manifold leaking

Be careful with any oil impregnated air filters you may go through Mafs at an increased rate
Any excess oil mist can get onto the wires inside and burn them out

Its possible to do without dropping tank your sweat jar will be full mind
Unclip pipe from pump and fuel line from chassis leg tape or tie some string to pump end to pull new pipe back through
A long screwdriver or brute force will free pipe from clip and pull out under car

Mine had similar issues wires had chafed through under the p clip and dropped out when drive was selected
Removed insulation found wire solder it back up and wrapped the life out of it been fine since

I know you said injector seals had been done but if genuine hadn't been used I'd be getting them swapped for genuine and go from there
Mine wont start on anything other then genuine orings and seals

I got mine done at je engineering and it's been superb loads of low down grunt and a top end big enough to make Jordan jealous

My symptoms where similar ran spot on when revs where up but low revs or in traffic she started to get hot changed rad and thermostat to no avail
Pump was last to change after reading a few posts of impellers breaking free but the coupling came off the ps when the pump was removed

It's a bit of a faff but it might be worth unbolting power steering pump and check the coupling on the end of the shaft is still fused to the shaft mine just fell off
Is thermostat fitted correctly if fitted wrong way it blocks feed to radiator when open and just circulates around the engine

Is air con rad in good nick fins not collapsing blocking airflow or blocked with crud
