Spray bottle with water + loads of soap. Really soapy, switch it on and start spraying. Bags can conceal the leak when they fold but the bubbles will show. be systematic

Neither of my facelift Vogues have had this feature but the 2008 Vogue SE did. The SE would adjust the lights up and down, then go slightly cross-eyed, it was quite cool I guess. Never noticed the difference in normal driving though.

L is for Land-Rover, the number is the engineering (and accounting) project number. Yes, there are many 'missing' ones, they are actually there but used for things other than production vehicles, so you'll rarely see them used outside of JLR.
