Honestly I am loosing the will here. New video, but doesn't really do the noise justice, it's very loud in the cab. The noise is consistent and variable with increase/decrease of boost pressure. You can't here it when reving the engine with no load. Noise will 'max out' at top end boost...

All sorted. Replaced the a frame bushes, bolts, and the rear fulcrum. I have come to learn that heat, angle grinders, and more force than you think are required. All good fun!

I've got a 2004 TD5 and has a loud whistle. Nanocom shows <1.1 boost and feels down on power so think something is not working right! I posted a video here interested to know if yours sounds similiar. When I bought it, it came with a 'sports' exhaust with no cat, and now I am thinking of going...

Yeah 2004 TD5. I had a look at the rear of the exhaust manifold as I understand they can warp and couldn't see anything obvious. If it was a leak somewhere I would expect the sound to be more variable as the noise responds consistently to the accelerator pedal!
