Thanks it was Warped disc's, Jacked up like you said, wasn't able to feel it but could hear a slight hiss then nothing as the wheel was rotated on the n/s. Ordered up new set and all is smooth again.

Well I do now you have said so. Will get that out of there. The Diff pinion bearings, guessing that is Diff out completly and strip down? would Part Number be STC2808 be correct or is there a kit to do any required seals as well.

Thanks. On the Transfer box fluid, only changed it to EP90 as have read that this is better. Should I get it out of there and replace with regular transmission fluid?

I han't discounted the Gearbox, only thinking was that the speed that the issue has accelerated at, would point to some kind of bearing or joint. Also don't want to think about gearbox removal. Sound more painful than the transfer box.

Update Unplugged and Contact Cleaned everything as instructed. Was using my laptop with USB to serial adaptor, switched to an old pc with serial onboard, connected up with FF replies and voila no faults. Thanks Guys
