    I've replaced the injector harness — it was full of oil at the plug at the cylinder head. I cleaned the ECU as well, and so far, after 150 km, there have been no problems with the throttle. Also I've celand most grounding points I can reach. And I will look for manual ECU to replace my Auto one.

    There are no driver demand or other pedal-related errors. As far as I remember I've replaced harnes 3y ago. Before posting, I cleaned the red plug and ECU port—there was some oil present. On Tuesday, I will replace the injector harness and let you know if anything has changed.

    It’s like 3-4years old, Nanocom shows 13.3-14.4 but with multimeter it shows steady 13.9V with engine on idle

    Okay, Thanks a lot for the answer, BCU I can do on my own with nanocom. Sometime ago I've read that CDL levers are different on auto and manual D2's but as you said it is the same. And new ECU with a tune to suit manual. Everything is gonna cost a fortune haha, maybe I will just look for manual D2.
