My first thought is you may have jacked car up on the compressor and caused some damage. It is a black box on RHS about half way along.

Engine swaps are common, the engine blocks are physically compatible, so it's possible that it has a new engine somewhere along the way. Or the factory got it wrong..... So long as the log book and the vehicle match, all is good.

Chassis number match log book? if yes don't worry. Chassis is all that matters, the rest is just dressing.

Then it's not a fuel pressure issue, i'm affraid it's something serious or something hilariously simple but missed, a nanocom or similar is needed to diagnose it step by step based on live inputs and to swap the ECU with known good one eventually...
