Good point. I always fill until the pump stops itself. If it leaks during a partial fill that might help narrow the search for the leak. I'll try that today.
Hi Bee, we had a similar problem and spent ages and a fortune trying to figure it out. Turns out our issue was a leak from the windscreen (original not replacement!) apparently this isn't unusual? Screen was removed and refitted and problem went...
That fuel line is really expensive, over £300 when I looked, and the tank needs removing to get access to the fitting.
I'd just splice in either a coupler, or use a length of rubber fuel line and hose clips. It's not under pressure, so doesn't...

The AC is automatic, running a lot, so the evaporator is always cold and condensing. If the drain tube is partially blocked, the AC can drip for hours after stopping the vehicle.
As Arctic suggests it is probably nothing to be concerned about, or you will have probably noticed.
But saying that, you have what looks like a heat shield there so, possibly rubber or plastic pipes behind ?
Clean the area shown and see if it...
Thanks guys for all the advice....turns out the lock was siezed and so was the replacement, actuator was trying to work but couldnt 🤬 good lock with only 75k on it and all is working great
This means that the electronic side is working cos the signal gets there... if the latch mechanism wasnt bran new but some scrapyard part send it back and ask for refund cos that's the problem...if the latch is new well speak again but not untill...
I'm presuming this is an FL1 Td4 ? if so there is a nut which you can tighten at the rear of the tensioner.
Also only use corteco pulley if it needs changing.

SOLVED…
I had replaced the camshaft position sensor last year, with an off-brand cheapie new one, just as part of a maintenance drive. Buy cheap, buy twice. It was knackered already.
Poor volts measured across the sensor at cranking (<1v, should...
I somewhat agree with Freddie, but, society the way it is these days, if the knives where to be stolen someone would be asking why they weren't secure ?
A knife genuinely carried for ‘bushcraft’ or similar would be ok at the bottom of your rucksack, locked in the boot.
I regularly have 3 or 4 shotguns in the car with me. Simply in the boot, unloaded and in gun slips (granted, they are not left...
I think the spare wheel area might be the place. Having access to it whilst driving would actually be a negative. It’s to store knives/sharp things for some (legal) outdoor stuff I do where I may be parked up for a few days and I won’t have the...
Or keep it under the boot floor, around the spare wheel.
If you make sure you double lock the car every time, the only way in is through a broken window, and accessing the under boot floor without the rear hatch open is basically impossible...
If something is risky enough to warrant needing a safe, but small enough to fit in something smaller than a shoe box, why leave in your car in the first place?
Just put ‘it’ the glove box out of sight, or the boot and pull the cover over - no one...
Many folk have the problem of dangling headlining. Mine has got bad enough to look at now. It was fine in the front, but rear seat passengers complained about the built in hair restyling mech built into the roof !!
So, bought some aerosol spray...
Welcome,
Lots of questions and lots of answers here.
The fuses are fairly standard fuses (not the same as modern ones though). You should be able to see when they blow or put a multi meter over them. The top white fuse for example is clearly...
That type fuse and fuse holders are notorious for making a bad contact.
I would replace the blown one after disconnecting the batteries, removing all the fuses and cleaning up the fuse holders and fuse contact ends with some wire wool or...
Yep, hate those electric handbrakes. I said that to the salesman when we test drove the wife's Zafira.
He said, after a while you will never want to go back to manual handbrake.
Well, I hate them even more now ! Especially since Mrs borrowed...
Plenty of older vehicles around here.
Had a look at an electric job the other day, just an electric servo motor pulling on cables. Another thing to go wrong so folk do not learn how to hill start using the hand brake!:(:(
