it went ok i think.
I did all the prep for it, but i got a friend to weld for me as i didn't trust my welding.

i cut as close as possible to the old crossmember as possible and prepped the new one.

i had to trim and shape the extension parts, it was a bit trial and error.

I fitted it by bolt the tub to the other fixings and lining up the cross member fixings.
Haven't done a proper fit of the tub yet so it might not be perfect but it lines up pretty well.
