Afternoon all,
I’m after a wiring diagram to be able to wire up the rear wiper and heated screen on a later Td5 rear door to an early Td5 or if anyone has done this before and can shed some light.
Thanks

Hi all,
Have just installed a later td5/puma rear door on my 2001 10p td5. Has anyone successfully wired up the heated glass and wiper motor from the later door to the connections on the early td5's , If so can someone shed me some light and any wiring diagrams would be appriecated.
Thanks,
Sam

Yes well I’m not towing everyday. I had my Td5 remapped last year. But at the end of the day it seems like the middle ground between the 1.2 and 1.4. I have both transfer boxes so just deciding which one to refurb

Hi all,
Just a quick question today. I’m looking to get my Lt230 transfer box rebuilt for my TD5 90 and saw on ashcrofts website they do a 1:310 ratio and wondered if anyone has had this ratio or is running it at the moment. I do a far bit of towing sometimes so the 1.22 ratio doesn’t really...

The main leak is coming from the right hand side of the transfer box

I bought a complete gasket and seal kit was going to do all of them

Positive mind and it’ll go well 😂

Yes I have lift, I have had a look at it. The only thing that’s wrong is the seals so no need to upgrade or change anything. It’s all tight no play in anything. So can just drop the transfer box out the bottom like you said

I have a 2001 td5 90 I would assume it’s just a lever but I don’t know someone else will be able to tell me

Seals have blown on mine, going to tackle it tonight and have it done by Sunday hopefully

Can you take the transfer box out from underneath?

Obviously mate no need to be like that.

No. I’m sure it’s not that hard, was just wondering if anyone else has done it. I would assume it’s props off, disconnect the breather and cable running to the transfer box gear stick, then undo the bolts that hold it to the chassis
