Lunch, and rain, break update: the main and engine harnesses are out. No idea why one would attach the engine harness using a inlet manifold bolt so. Anyway, the engine harness is more difficult than the main one, I did not expect that...
Four possibilities: No power, no audio feed, blown amp, or blown speakers.
Scrappers always say either "working when removed", or "tested & working". Personally I don't believe either on electrical parts!!
There's 4 drain tubes - one at each corner. The rear pair have joins partway down the C-pillars. Can't remember if the front pair do as well though.
Definitely NOT high pressure water. Last time I did mine, I use a lentch of 2.5mm main...
According to Royal Mail, the manual regulators should arrive early next week. Soon enough. And somehow I am done with electrics once the wire are in! 😁
Damn, forgot one thing. The electric wondows are removed. So I need at least a manual one for the driver side befire I can go to pass TÜV. Ordered one of eBay, we'll see when they are delivered. Hopefully next week!

Got mine back on the road, ended up buying sort of by accident of a mate a 11reg merc E350cdi, new for me as iv never had 3l v6 diesel, saloon, or merc or rear wheel drive. Lovely car on motorway, very quiet and RWD was fun on damp corners but...
Usually jumper links to split the battery into smaller & lower voltage sections. There will also be a main contactor to isolate the battery from the BMS when required.
Many now have low voltage jumper somewhere to allow emergency services to...
