    Freelander 2 cranks but wont start - intermittently

    Back in the day, before they put chemicals in diesel to prevent waxing on freezing, we would add anything up to 30% petrol in the wagons. They ran fine. I appreciate that diesel systems are more defined nowadays but don’t worry too much about mixing small quantities of petrol into your diesel IMHO
