i was doing rear wheel bearing on my disco3 and dissasmbled the hand brake (drum in disc) and went to reasemble it and a spring was missing .searched all around the shoes drum and any other places and the floor was clean concrete got the wife to check and brother in law and could not find it...

Yesterday i took my 1999 P38 for MOT at 2.45 pm and by 3.30 i drove it out with a pass. Not bad seeing it hasnt been on the road for 5 years but before it went in i had to replace 5 bulbs but that was all
today i taxed it.

a spray with soapy water will show where its leaking but if one airbag is leaking its worth fitting 4 as the others will soon follow

There is 1 road from the airport into town otherwise you wait for snow and use dog sleds or snowmobiles

Ive just come bak from a town where if you leave the boundaries of the town by law you have to carry a loaded rifle. Also if the siren souds you have to go to the nearest house and stay inside untill the all clear.

with the engine at TDC loosen the bolt on front of the cmshaft andpull sprocket off and then turn the camhaft untill it it is in the right position then refit the sprocket annd tighten the bolt you might hve to take the vacume pump off to get at the bolt

if you want a diesel reliable car look at p38 rather nthan a classic they are cheaer at the moment
