Don't run the harness through the chassis, run it through conduit along the top. This allows for easy access in the future

Yes the lines on the front of the solenoid, one runs to a T-piece off the main vacuum line from the pump. The other runs to the top of the egr. The third runs toward the front of the engine somewhere, but I can't see anywhere obvious. I'm assuming it would run to the air intake system...

The TD5 spec oil needs to meet Acea A1 and B1 grades. It is a newer standard than the Kubota, so should be fine. Newer oils are generally backwards compatible.
