I finaly found the problem, after 5 or 6 years !!

Honda 125 Twin 1977
This has been in a collection for decades and has never been on the road in that time.
The speedo is showing less than 100 miles. It is in amazing condition and surely the best available.
It's had an MOT although it's...
We can agree that we disagree but if you'll study deep the system you'll realise that what you say is illogical and has no technical explanation, you might have done something coincidentally then, even if you touched other connector or fuse that...

I must agree. You need to be looking elsewhere for the problem(s), possibly BCU and/or IDM. You could be very unlucky and have a whole load of separate faults, but that's unlikely.
Check around the fuse board and IDM below the steering...
you neglected to say if the flasher unit fitted is an electronic unit designed for LED or the old unit is still fitted (and there lies the problem) try a PureTek® CF14 3 Pin Adjustable LED Flasher Relay
Check main ground from battery to chassis for good contact and ensure the crimp lug has no corrosion ,check ground strap from engine to chassis and gearbox to chassis and all subsequent earth points and ensure you have your DVM on dc voltage
so you have checked fuse 15 passengers fuse box and checked that you have a feed from the ignition switch on this fuse white cable and a feed on the white/green from fuse
The bus company I used to work for had 4 battery cars for staff runabouts, Renault-something_tiny little cars, allegedly 5 seatser, impossible for 5 bus drivers to fit into... hey had a range of 60 miles and each clocked up over 160,000 miles...
Chinese imports by European and UK brand at European prices just more profit and to hell with the quality as the Chinese cut the corners for the same reasons greed is rife and we are the mugs paying for it

not a advocate of solder joints they tend to crystallize under engine temperatures and cause high resistance joints the last thing you want on a mass air flow sensor .could you have not removed the corroded terminals from the housing and crimp...
had the same problem on what was once my Freelander 1 the daughters for the last 7 years ,had to weld a section of a cut off of a box spanner (did not want to damage plastic the box spanner was the same physical shape )the right size and weld it...
try running a ground wire from relay connection (BP) to eliminate the ECU SIGNAL,if this cures the problem then you will have to trace the BP wire back to the ECU.but also check relay connection on fuse box for tight fitment, this can be checked...
I assume you have replaced the fuel filter to eliminate low fuel delivery and checked the relay contacts etc on the dud relay to confirm it is the relay.have you checked for 12volt signal at relay and the ground is good
