Hi again as i was saying i bought a 95 defender 110 and at somepoint the gearbox has been changed the guy i bough from has not been able to give me much infor from the car and a land rover garage are telling me nothing for nothing.can the cable in the gearbox be changed back to the cable type without causing any problem and costing me a fortune? ANY HELP OR INFORMATION ON THIS WOULD BE GREAT.

Hi im a newbee .can anyone help I have a 95 defender 110 we just got it but so meone c hanged the gearbox in it and it has a electric speedo drive and my clock takes a spèedo cable can I change the dive in the gear box for cable type dive will it work don't want spend money on the wong parts and dont want to change the clocks and have to wire it all up.help please.
