I have a 2011 Vogue SE Autobiography. Utterly fantastic car - but I did not buy it cheap, I bought it in 2015 at 4 years old at a typical price for 4 year old top of the range L322. Maintenance is so important. I have maintained mine by the book...
Hmmm, OK. So you've got to determine whether it's engine performance or vehicle movement in relation to engine performance before ripping into something that may not be the issue 🤔
Originally was fresh twice over while testing back when. Not run up for a while and is now in a few bits while digging. Still some in the tank, but at least a year old now.
Counting that as part of the same unit seeing as they're stuck together.
80A fuse on mine and it is shared by the EAS compressor which can seize and blow the fuse. Bloody stupid arrangement which they obviously realised because later models...
Wash the FIP off with brake cleaner, then you will be able to see just where the leak is. There is a security bolt in the top cover, either buy the special socket or tap a suitable normal socket on and then replace with a standard bolt when...
can you confirm your meter is accurate? check it against another battery, if you only have the one car battery, try a 1.5v AA (1.2v if its rechargeable)
i wouldnt expect to see a battery at 13v after sitting overnight
i would expect a good battery to be ~12.7v, a poor battery to be ~<12.5v after a nights rest.
you also need to measure the voltage while the engine is cranking.
if you leave the headlights on for 5 min do they start to go dim?
As Kermit said, it's unusual for the battery to stay above 13 volts after standing overnight but not impossible off the car. The voltage will not give you any indication of the battery's capacity. When you say the car does not start, does it...
There’s no longer such a thing as a Sonnax valve body assembly. I would suggest that you send your worn unit to someone like Valve Bodies UK http://www.valvebodyuk.co.uk/ or STA Aylesbury https://www.staautogearbox.co.uk/ who own a Hydra-Test...
Ahh, I remember now. I did the flow test with no available help, hence the jumper wire I made up. I could hold the measure pot with one hand and bridge the relay with the other, used the stop watch on my phone.
