Data is right. Something you could easily diy with the oem switch it would make no real difference apart from keeping the becm that little bit safer with less to do/go wrong.

There are no diagrams available that I know of for the BECM. I have never checked but the fogs may be switched by MOFETS not a relay. It would not be hard to work out what is needed but why bother? Much easier to wire the fogs in independently...

They probably have an attachment on their lift to fit there. Always handy having some good wooden blocks to spread the load and use as spacers.

when i need to lift the rear, i use the big centre plate that the towbar joins to, the manual says there or the centre of the sub frame.. but how?! the exhaust is in the way, its even obvious in the pic the supply that this wont work

Welcome :). Please explain more on your mirrors, do you mean they dont fold or dont operate from the switch, they are prone to getting water in the switch pack because of its position. But mine auto fold on locking and fold on the button when...

Mine doesn't have a dipstick. Stupid idea! Dipsticks don't break or wear out, like sensors do so it's a good job the oil level isn't important

Welcome. I believe a lot of cars these days don't have dipsticks just sensors. A friends Discovery Sport is like that

Quite possibly! From memory I think the logic board holds all the information required though. The powerboard is just relays and mosfets and whatever.

Plug & play? You are joking. Diagnostics needed to sync the BECM to the EDC at the very least plus info relating the vehicle will be incorrect. and you will need the FOB's to go with the replacement BECM.

I did that. For some reason the fogs didn't work but I think it was a connector issue because I then put the logic boards back and Marty was kind enough to clone the Highline from my Lowline and we still had sone issues. Cannot remember what it...

As for the phone when you first switch ignition on it goes into pairing mod search on phone for range rover and code is 2121 it's in the hand book, side step is common problems either it's seized up or motor burnt out, mirrors don't auto fold you...

The MAP pipe is still connected? Someone on here had issues with aftermarket MAF sensors, admittedly the petrol rather than the diesel.

Between cylinders 3 & 4 in he side of the head. The MAP sensor is more likely.

Yes Nanocom needed to check the MAP sensor. Have you tried unplugging the MAF? The temperature sensor for the EDC can also cause a problem as can inlet air temperature sensor which is part of the MAF.
