Fuel pin seized in the injection pump. had it happen on a 200 (same pump) and was as flat as a wet fart!
Item B, 5 mins work to get at, only 4 screws to remove.

What Marjon means is with the rockers fitted and no cambelt, if/when you rotate the engine to line up the timing marks any open valves could make contact with the pistons.
So safest to remove rocker gear then fit belt etc.

Are you sure the tensioner mount was okay and not cracked? this was a big failure point a few years ago, and the oil pump casting has been superseded a few times to strengthen it.

How did you lock/tome the crankshaft?
