In regards the side windows also YouTube or Google there are companies that supply everything with templates & videos to do it yourself rather than replace the whole back. There are varying types of side windows.
I would say yes get the frame sealed. If you are that way inclined you can do it yourself. Go on YouTube or Google & there are companies that supply the right things to do it. It is not cheap or quick but well worth it.
